I use these terms a lot in my sessions, my writing, and my posts. Here is what each one actually means.
The 8 Areas of Life
Everything in life falls into one of eight areas. To feel whole and complete, we need to take regular action in each one, like keeping eight cups filled. When we stop pouring into one, life shows us a reflection of that imbalance, usually through the area we're focusing on most. It isn't punishment. It's a nudge to bring our attention back to balance.

Passion/Hobby
things you do for fun to fill your own cup that aren't about making money or pleasing anybody else
Subconscious mind
The part of your mind that works beneath your awareness. It stores your habits, emotional reactions, and the beliefs you formed long before you could question them.
In practice: You know you deserve a raise, yet you freeze when it is time to ask. That gap is the subconscious at work.
Conscious mind
The part of you that thinks, decides, and sets goals. It is where your intentions live. It is also where willpower runs out when the subconscious is pulling in a different direction.
In practice: Setting a goal is a conscious act. Following through consistently depends on whether your subconscious agrees with it.
Limiting belief
A belief you hold as fact that quietly caps what you allow yourself to do, have, or become. Most were picked up in childhood or from past experiences, and most go unnoticed until you look for them.
In practice: "I am not good enough," "money is hard to earn," "I always get in my own way."
Neuroplasticity
Your brain's ability to form new connections and change its patterns through repetition and new experience. It is the reason old patterns are not permanent.
In practice: Each time you respond differently to a familiar trigger, you strengthen a new pathway and the old one gets less use.
Reprogramming
The process of identifying the beliefs and patterns running in the background, then replacing them with ones that support who you are becoming. It works through awareness, repetition, and emotional change, not only positive thinking.
In practice: Finding where a belief came from, releasing its hold, and practicing a new one until it feels natural.
Self-image
The picture you carry of who you are and what you are capable of. Your life tends to stay within the limits of that picture, so changing it changes what feels possible.
In practice: Two people with the same opportunity can make opposite choices because they see themselves differently.
Self-love
Putting yourself first in every area of life. Like filling your own cup before you pour into anything else, it means your needs, energy, and well-being come before everything you give to others.
In practice: Resting before you burn out, saying no without guilt, and giving from fullness instead of from empty.
Higher self
The wiser part of you that sees the bigger picture beyond fear and old patterns. Think of it as the version of you that already knows what is right for you. Also known as the superconscious mind.
In practice: That quiet sense of knowing before your mind starts arguing with it.
Reflection
A script in your creator field that your body plays out, like a role in a play. A triggering reflection is a limit placed on a limitless soul born from Source. It feels real, but it is not the truth. Glimmers, like beauty in nature, are reflections too, and they show you what is true about you.
In practice: Resolving a reflection helps you feel better about a situation. Manifestation, through your creator field and physical action, is what moves matter.
Awakening
The point where you start seeing your patterns, beliefs, and choices clearly, and realize you can change them. It is often uncomfortable first and freeing after.
In practice: Noticing "I keep doing this" is the start of waking up.
